There are so many different kinds of treatment for acne on the market today the first thing you have to decide is how you are going to treat your acne. The first step for most people is to go for a chemical astringent. The idea here is if it’s burning it’s working. There are also a number of topical creams and scrubs that contain many of same elements and may still tingle. There are also herbal remedies like Ancezine that go for a more natural way to treat acne. Some people feel they need to resort to prescriptions or even laser treatments.
There are pro’s and con’s to each one of those options and I’m not here to tell definitively which one is right for you, that’s what doctors are for. What I can tell you is if you are considering a natural remedy there are a number of good ones out there. Unfortunately there are also some less effective ones pretending to be the good ones.
What You Get
Acnezine is a proprietary blend of antioxidants and herbs. A proprietary blend doesn’t mean that the product is effective but it also doesn’t mean that it’s not. The problem is trying to compare products before you roll the dice and buy them. It’s nice to know what you are buying if you are going to spend your hard earned money on it. There are some happy customers so this, in and of itself, is not a reason to write this product off.
Since Acnezine doesn’t actually kill acne bacteria it goes after the root causes. These proprietary herbs and antioxidants are said to rid the body of the toxins that contribute to increased oil production and thus acne. That may be accurate in theory but true acne control comes with a change in eating habits and lifestyle along with effective treatment. If you don’t want to change your lifestyle this product could be effective at minimizing the consequences but doesn’t deal directly with the acne problem.
Evidence
The best way to look objectively at a product is to look at what’s inside. That’s difficult here so you have to consider what people are saying. The testimonials provided by Acnezine are pretty glowing but they aren’t always the most objective. If you research more widespread user information you get about a 50/50 split between satisfied and unsatisfied customers. There are also some claims being made about the integrity of the company that makes Acnezine. Not all accusations are true simply because they are made but if proven accurate, the testimonials and marketing of Acnezine wouldn’t be trustworthy at all.
Conclusion
I’m not about to tell you that this product is worthless. There are some people who have used it with resounding success and some who had mixed results. If you choose to use the product I would say you are basically rolling the dice. Since Acnezine isn’t all that different than a number of other products that don’t have the potential drawbacks you may want to consider another product.
